I’ve just received word, and have to share: Viper’s Kiss has been selected by Audible to be released in audio format. This is so exciting, as ‘talking books’ are an old favourite in my family. Having visually impaired relatives and friends means this book can now be read by some of my most favourite people who happen to be blind.
Which also means I’ll get more critiques – but hey, some feedback is always better than none!
The release date is to still to be announced, will post updates as they come.
Just wondering though – I’ve grown up with ‘talking books’ as an article for the blind, and so my focus is narrow. Who else would use the audio format, and why? What are your experiences with talking books?
A happy reader makes a happy writer.
